Where do you deliver?
Currently, we can deliver to the following:
- UK
- European Union
- Norway & Switzerland
- USA & Canada
- Australia & NZ
- Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Japan & Hong Kong
You should be automatically directed to the relevant store based on your IP address but you may need to use the country selector.
How long will my delivery take?
If you place your order before noon you can expect to receive it:
- Next working day: UK (excluding the list below)
- 2 working days: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, UK islands
- EU Countries: Typically up to 5 working days
- Ireland: Typically up to 7 working days
- All other countries: 3 to 14 working days
Orders placed after noon will be processed and dispatched the following day.
The above applies to all items shipped from our warehouses. Our soft furnishings (i.e. Bed Linen, Curtains, Towels, Cushions, Doormats and Rugs) are shipped from another warehouse and will take longer to arrive.
UK only Wallpaper orders are printed on demand and will typically take 10-15 working days to deliver.
Please note that your order may experience a delay during seasonal peaks and promotional weekends (e.g. Bank Holidays, Black Friday and Christmas).
Will I be alerted when my order is due to arrive?
Yes! If you have provided your email address and phone number while placing your order then our couriers will contact you (by email and/or text notification) with a delivery window on the day of delivery and offer extensive "in-flight" options to reschedule the delivery if you're going to be out.
How much will it cost?
Non-EU Deliveries
All orders will incur a flat rate based on the below GBP prices in their currency.
Please note purchases outside of the UK & EU may be subject to additional customs charges that the courier will collect on delivery.
For UK orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over £150.
For EU orders, we offer free delivery on all orders over €200 (or local currency equivalent).

EU Deliveries
**From September 19th 2023 we began fulfilling EU orders from a warehouse in The Netherlands. EU-bound orders should no longer be subject to additional customs charges on delivery.
EU orders will incur a flat rate based on the below EUR prices.

What courier do you use?
Depending on your location and the size & weight of your parcel, we use a few different couriers including:
- Royal Mail
- DHL
- DPD
- Hermes
- DX
- UPS
- USPS
The Detail
We aim to dispatch your order with a minimum of delays. Orders accepted before noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, thereafter we'll do all we can to ship the same or the next working day.
Please note purchases outside of the UK & EU may be subject to additional customs charges that the courier will collect on delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a UK Bank Holiday will dispatch the next working day.
Actual delivery timescales may vary according to external factors and we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowances for delivery delays. In the event of any unforeseen delay in dispatch, we'll contact you to keep you fully informed by email.
Regrettably, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil orders for any reason. This includes orders for products with mis-published price or specification information. Orders are treated as offers which we are entitled to accept or decline. If there are any problems with your order, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible by email.
